Renatta Paz is a dynamic entrepreneur, top-producing real estate professional, and devoted mom dedicated to empowering individuals through homeownership, business, and community impact. With over 12 years in real estate and 15+ years in television production, she brings a unique blend of storytelling, marketing expertise, and industry knowledge to everything she does.
Now serving as Managing Partner at InLuxxe Realty, Renatta continues to lead with transparency, inclusivity, and results-driven service. Previously, as part of Keller Williams Greater Nassau, she helped build and maintain the company's top team within her first year and held that title for four consecutive years. She was also voted Top Buyer's Agent, further cementing her reputation as a trusted leader in the industry.
Renatta is the visionary behind @jetsettingrealtor, a platform designed to create a safe and welcoming space for all home buyers—particularly within the LGBTQ+ community—while weaving in her global travel experiences. Passionate about fair housing and diversity, she also serves on the Board of Directors for NAHREP Long Island, advocating for increased Hispanic homeownership and financial literacy.
When not in New York, Renatta can be found in Ecuador building Latitude Zero Living, where she guides expats looking to retire and invest in Ecuador. She is also a co-founder of TÁTO Tanner (@tato_tanner), a family-run luxury leather brand blending Ecuadorian heritage with high-end craftsmanship, and co-owner of @villa_salamanca, an exclusive event venue in Ecuador.
A passionate traveler with a goal of visiting all 195 countries in the world, Renatta believes exploration fuels growth, understanding, and a deeper appreciation for life.
